Woods, gazebo in distance
When we walk in the woods in the spring and summer, the bird calls dominate what we hear.
Close up of gazebo.
View of ravine from inside the gazebo
Looking East from the porch of the gazebo
You can see acres and acres of relaxing, forested, Indian Hill green space

Architect’s choice for home site
This location provides southern exposure to the back of the house, allows a walk out from the basement (you can see the crest where the land begins to drop off), and positions the house ideally between the homes on each side.

Entrance to trail in woods leading to gazebo
The trail entrance is accessible from the ‘back yard’ but is not easily seen unless you know it is there.
Driveway, viewed from Cunningham Road
The driveway is shared with two other property owners. It goes straight for 625 feet, where our property is then straight ahead. The driveway then turns left 90° to continue to the other two properties.

Another view of the meadow at south end of property
The tree line on the right marks the properly line and the beginning of the green space. The tree line on the left is the beginning of the woods on our property.

The ravine is not so deep here. Note the wild flowers in the foreground.
